Choose a product, colour, and size. Open the Studio to arrange your design, use Send us your artwork for a prepared file, or buy a ready-made Printly design. Review the cart, enter delivery details, and confirm payment at checkout.

PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files up to 20 MB are accepted. SVG or PDF is usually best for print. The original uploaded file is kept for production; the on-screen preview is not the print file.

Production and delivery usually take 4–7 working days after confirmation. Public holidays or courier delays can extend this period.

Shipping is 75 EGP to Cairo and Giza and 150 EGP to the rest of Egypt. Checkout shows the amount before the order is placed.

Checkout supports cash on delivery for orders up to 1000 EGP, InstaPay, and mobile wallet. Prepaid orders require a receipt upload so we can verify the transfer.

The preview shows placement and scale. Screens emit light while ink sits on fabric or another material, so colour can vary slightly. We print from your original file and flag low-resolution raster images before checkout.

Contact us immediately or use the request option on your order page. We can only change or cancel a custom order before production reaches the point where the item has been made for you.

A correctly made personalized item cannot be returned only because you changed your mind. Wrong, damaged, or defective items are covered for 30 days; see the Returns page for details.

Open Track your order and enter the order number and the same mobile number used at checkout.
