You must provide accurate account, payment, and delivery information. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve the order.

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, or upload harmful code.

You keep ownership of artwork you upload. You give Printly and its production partners permission to store, prepare, print, and deliver it only as needed to provide the service.

You confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use every image, logo, font, name, and other element. We may refuse material that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes another person's rights.

Product photos and previews help show the expected result. Screen colour, fabric, product shape, and print method can create small differences in the physical item. Product descriptions, selected options, and the saved design form the order specification.

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. Product price, discount, shipping, and total are shown at checkout before confirmation. Available payment methods and cash-on-delivery limits are also shown there.

A discount code applies only under its stated dates, minimum spend, usage limit, and customer limit. It has no cash value.

An order is accepted after the site records it and any required payment is verified. We may contact you about stock, delivery details, artwork quality, or rights concerns before production.

If we cannot produce an item, we will offer a correction, replacement option, or refund for the affected amount.

Delivery estimates are working-day estimates, not guaranteed appointment times. The Shipping and Returns pages form part of these terms.

Custom production may begin quickly. A cancellation or change is only possible before the item reaches a non-reversible production stage.

Printly's name, logo, interface, and original ready-made designs may not be copied or resold without permission. We may update, pause, or correct the site when needed, while protecting orders already accepted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Nothing here removes rights that Egyptian consumer or data-protection law gives you. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem quickly.
