Privacy policy

This notice explains what personal data Printly collects, why we use it, who receives it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 20 September 2026

Data we collect

We collect account and contact details, delivery addresses, order and payment status, customer-service messages, uploaded artwork and design instructions, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, cookies, and site events.

Printly does not store full bank-card details. Payment providers process their own payment information under their policies.

Why we use it

We use data to create and secure accounts, produce and deliver orders, verify payment, provide support, prevent abuse, keep business and tax records, improve the site, and measure advertising performance.

Who receives data

We share only what is needed with hosting and database providers, payment services, print suppliers, couriers, email services, and analytics or advertising providers. We do not sell personal data.

Some service providers may process data outside Egypt. We use providers needed to operate the store and expect them to protect the data they handle.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies for sign-in, cart, security, and language. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel help us understand visits and measure campaigns. Browser settings and provider controls can limit non-essential tracking.

Storage and security

We keep data only as long as needed for orders, support, legal records, dispute handling, and security. Retention periods differ by record type.

We use access controls, private storage for sensitive files, encrypted connections, and limited staff permissions. No online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what data we hold, request correction or deletion where legally available, object to or limit certain processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Some order and accounting records must be retained by law.

Contact and changes

Contact us for a privacy request and tell us which account or order is involved. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

We may update this notice when the store, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
