Shipping information

Most orders are produced and delivered within 4–7 working days after the order is confirmed. Prepaid orders enter production after the payment receipt is approved.

Working days exclude public holidays. We will contact you if a supplier or courier delay changes the expected date.

Shipping is 75 EGP to Cairo and Giza and 150 EGP to the rest of Egypt. The exact amount appears at checkout before you place the order.

One shipping charge is calculated for the order using the selected delivery governorate.

Cash on delivery is available for orders up to 1000 EGP. Larger orders are paid through InstaPay or mobile wallet as shown at checkout.

Please enter a reachable Egyptian mobile number. We may contact you to confirm the order or clarify artwork before production starts.

Use the Track your order page with your order number and phone number. Keep the order number shown after checkout.

If the address or phone number is wrong, contact us immediately. A change may not be possible after the parcel has been handed to the courier.
